This shot shows the aluminum frames and surfaces.
Since aluminum can not be welded at such scale, I had to use superglue to stick them together.
Aluminum sheets were cut on zund with engravings. Using that engravings as a guide, I used a folding machine in the metal shop to fold them to desired angle.
