How To
Instruction
- Turn on exhaust.
- Once you hear click, turn on machine (which turns on the heat).
- It is crutial to take a few practice motions without any material or model.
- Push material push tray under the heat hood
- Place object on vacuum table.
- Bring the material tray back towards the front.
- Unclamp material tray levers.
- Place material into tray. Ensure film has been removed from material and it fits perfectly into tray at 30″ x 22″.
- PETG and Acrylic sheets. Best results at 1/32″ but can go up to 1/8″.
- Once material is set into tray, close down the top part of tray and close levers until it clicks.
- Once locked in, push material tray back under the heat.
- Watch the material, once it domes down about an inch it should be ready for the vaccuum proccess
- Once material is ready, pull tray back and raise the vacuum tray to meet about the same time.
- Release tray and pull vacuum lever once the the model tray and material tray meet.
