- End of Semester LimitsTime limits will be in effect Saturday, November 30th – Tuesday, December 10th, inclusive.
- Required TrainingStudents are encouraged to complete training as early as possible. All returning students, faculty and staff must complete the Fabrication Lab Refresher.
- Reserving Machine TimeReserve Machine Time using the FabJob App. Use a TMP folder for short-term file storage for walk-up use and consultations.
Payment Methods
Personal Credit or Banking
Credit Card or ACH transfer purchases must be made through the online storefront accessed through a personal device. We cannot facilitate access to the storefront from a Harvard-owned device.
Cash, check, cryptocurrency, termbill, or other are not accepted forms of payment at this time.
Harvard University Billing Code
Faculty and staff may make purchases using their research, project, or course budgets to cover the costs of materials. Principle investigators or authorized purchasing agents should provide a 33-digit billing code and approval to [email protected] to setup this transaction type and authorize the transfer of funds.
Returns
Students may return un-opened, un-used, and un-damaged materials to the store for refund within 1 week of purchase, with receipt. Any return after the 1 week time will not be accepted. Lab Store Clerks may exercise discretion in accepting items that appear worn or otherwise unsellable.
Note: Returns are not accepted on all materials. Please review the list below for items eligible for return before purchasing.

If the store is unable or unwilling to accept your return, please consider using Student Announce or leaving it at a Free Cycle location located on the GSD campus.
Lab Store Hours
The Lab Store is typically open:
Monday to Friday 10-11 AM & 5-6 PM
Saturday to Sunday 12-1 PM
Check the Calendar to determine when Store Clerks are on-duty or whether the space is closed.
